This batch started life as a tangelo compote… and then decided it wanted to shine even brighter. Slow-cooked a little longer, it transformed into a beautifully vibrant tangelo marmalade — zesty, fragrant, and bursting with that signature sweet-tart tangelo punch.

Lush on toast, dreamy with yoghurt, and gorgeous as a glaze, it’s a happy little accident that tastes absolutely intentional.
