You’ll find Dovecote House Preserves at Wairarapa markets, including Masterton markets, Featherston markets and Martinborough markets, as well as other local events. I make small-batch home-made preserves including jams, chutneys, marmalades, jellies and sauces, and the Dovecote House Roaming Kitchen food trailer serves fresh coffee, hearty hot food and real fruit ice cream. Visit a Wairarapa farmers market or community market, grab something from the food trailer, and take home a jar or two for the pantry.
